In response, Michelle pursued a nurse practitioner degree, aiming to increase her scope of practice and address the need for shorter wait times and alternative payment options.
Enter the Direct Primary Care model—pay-per-month access to healthcare, covering urgent and chronic care, discounted labs, testing services, vaccinations, and even house calls. Michelle's goal was simple yet profound: to close the gap for those facing disparities in healthcare access. Thus, Epic Healthcare and Wellness Solutions was born.
