Dr. Michelle Grimes is a doctoral-prepared board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years in nursing. She earned a terminal degree in Advanced Practice Leadership from Chamberlain University (2017), her MSN & FNP from University of Missouri St. Louis (2014), her BSN from UMSL (2002), her MBA (2004), and her ADN from Forest Park Community College (1987).

Michelle is the former CEO/President/Founder of the St. Louis Chapter of Black Nurses Rock, an American Heart Association Ambassador, a Stop the Bleed instructor, and a member of the Association of Missouri Nurse Practitioners Advocacy Committee — advocating for removal of barriers to healthcare. She founded the Education Athletes & Heart Health Foundation (501c3), focused on preventing undiagnosed heart conditions through education, physicals including EKGs, and community awareness.

She currently serves as Chief Nursing Officer for CareSTL Health — an organization of Federally Qualified Health Centers with four freestanding clinics and four school-based healthcare centers across multiple school districts. She is a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of eleven.

Do you offer mobile or in-home services?
Yes! EPIC provides mobile services throughout O'Fallon and the greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area. We bring care directly to your door.
What states do you offer telehealth in?
We currently see patients via telehealth in Iowa, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska through our secure PushHealth portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, CashApp, and Venmo in addition to all accepted insurance plans.
What is the family enrollment discount?

What documents do I need before my first visit?
